It's been tough for me to know when was the right time to share this publicly, or what to say. So I'll keep it simple.

In April, I was diagnosed with T-cell acute lymphoblastic lymphoma.

I've been in treatment for the ensuing 8 months, and I'm currently in hospital waiting to start a bone marrow transplant in early January.

Having cancer has been terrible, and I've been very unwell.

I've written about my illness and treatment sporadically across the year on my personal Facebook, if you would like to know more. I'll definitely be updating you all with positive news after my transplant.

In the meantime, I hope that you have a happy and healthy New Year, and a magical 2020.
